You will meet our competent, compassionate and supportive staff. You will specifically consult with the Doctor and appropriate time will be allotted to not only discuss your wishes and expectations but also for an examination and a thorough review of alternatives. Please keep in mind that patients have differing wishes, needs, issues and challenges. A specific care plan to include surgical and non-surgical possibilities will be formulated as a result of the synthesis of ideas between patient and physician.
Patients can schedule a consultation reasonably soon as the Doctor has one full time site and no distant offices to diminish his time for patients in Murrieta. If you wish to fill out your patient registration at home to save time, please feel free to call us and we will fax the forms to you. Please be punctual for your consultation as the Doctor makes every effort to respect patient’s schedules and also wants to spend adequate, quality time with each patient.
Our patients reside mostly in the Inland Empire but we have a significant number of patients who live on the coast. Also, many of our patients have moved to distant regions over the years and they and their friends and relative come for secondary procedures. They begin this process by contacting our scheduling coordinating and are encouraged to submit photographs via e-mail. A preoperative telephone consultation can be arranged with the Doctor and with the nurse, and labs and studies, if needed can be ascertained. Patients can schedule their flight so that they can see the Doctor a day or two prior to their care. Patients will be required to stay in the area for varying times depending on the type of procedure.
Most of our patients are referred by other patients who have had cosmetic surgery at our Center. If you don’t know anyone who has had surgery with us please inform our receptionist or our scheduling coordinator. Our staff will be happy to assist you to connect with other patients who have had the same procedures.
There are many reasons why The Breast and Cosmetic Surgery Center has changed the form, style and content of its site. We have expanded our surgical and non-surgical services to meet the demands of our current patients. Our aesthetician is available full time to provide a wealth of different options for both men and women. We have also wanted to make the site more user friendly. Current and prospective patients will find the site easier to navigate and the site will be more current, providing ongoing information about The Surgery Center and exciting new changes in the field of Plastic Surgery. Please visit the site again as you will notice that current events, patient galleries, and general information will change.

The two most important factors that determine your cosmetic surgery result are the experience of the surgeon and his or her dedication towards achieving the best outcome possible.
Dr. Newman has been serving the Temecula Valley with quality cosmetic surgical services for 16 years where he has performed over 20,000 surgical procedures. His efforts and the work of his support staff have left an indelible and impressive track record over the last decade and a half. Nearly all of his current patients are referred by not one but often multiple past patients. Dr. Newman finds it very gratifying to see the positive effect that cosmetic surgery has on his patients. They want their physical appearance to reflect what they feel inside and appreciate a newfound sense of confidence and self esteem after treatment. His team of support staff strives to educate patients and to answer all questions regarding plastic surgery so that you are comfortable and informed.
One of the most common questions asked is what kind of attention the patient will receive by the Doctor. Dr. Newman provides a comprehensive consultation to all patients and thoroughly reviews goals and risks of surgery with each patient. Surgery is performed exclusively by Dr. Newman and he also sees each patient after surgery. Dr. Newman feels its important to have surgery performed close to your home. After recovering in our state of the art surgery center, patients go home to stay in the warmest and most comfortable environment available to them: their home. Staying in the area after surgery ensures that you have constant observation throughout your postoperative period. Each patient receives a call from the Doctor the evening of surgery and most patients see the Doctor the next day. Traveling out of the area to have surgery really benefits the doctor and not the patient. Another encouraging sign when choosing a physician is the overall appearance and feel of the office, staff and the surgeon. Tidiness and couture of the staff, an immaculate office, an ever-present supportive doctor and promptly kept appointments are a sign of respect toward patients. Patients should feel that their Doctor has the highest level of integrity and that all decisions made will be only for the patient’s benefit. These “sensed” impressions help to form a lifelong bond between patient and doctor that last well past the postoperative period. And this is why many patients have returned for care with Dr. Newman and his staff. Past patients often keep in touch with the staff and later return for further treatment and to renew their ties to the Surgery Center located in the Murrieta and Temecula area.
Dr. Newman offers only the best of the newest procedures to achieve a natural look whether for face or body surgery. He shields patients from options that are less safe, less effective and only drain patient’s pocket books. Dr. Newman was graduated with honors in Biochemistry from The University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League School in Philadelphia. He then gained broad experience in General Surgery at The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Prior to beginning training in plastic surgery he performed surgery with over 30 plastic surgeons in private practice including the famous Dr. B. Teimourian, one of the originators of liposuction. He completed an extensive and long training in Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery at the prestigious Loyola University School of Medicine in Chicago where he completed over 1500 procedures as surgeon. He is on the clinical faculty of The UCLA Department of Plastic Surgery and is involved with resident training. He is invited to his alma mater in Chicago to teach residents the latest techniques in plastic surgery. Dr. Newman has dedicated his career toward achieving natural, optimal and satisfying cosmetic results for his patients, for you, your family and friends. The Doctor’s achievements at The Breast and Cosmetic Surgery Center in the Murrieta and Temecula area and his constant presence for 16 years in our area are a testament to his dedication and tenacious quest for artistic perfection.
